In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
God understood how important light was. After creating heaven and earth, light was the next fix on his list…. it should be high on yours too.
Clear everything away from the windows so the light can come into the room. Add light to any dark areas or rooms in your home.

- lamps
- floor lamps
- track lighting
- recessed lights
- wall sconces
- enlarge windows
- skylights
Light makes a room feel larger, darkness closes it in. Buyers will feel they are getting more house for their dollar if you shine a light on all the space available to them.
And the buyers see the light and it is good.
