SRES®: Realtors with the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation help clients make wise decisions specific to seniors. Decisions such as, selling the family home, buying rental property or managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate. By earning the “SRES” designation, the REALTOR has demonstrated that they have the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to be a senior’s real estate specialist and councilor.
As an SRES® Agent we will work together to plan a strategy for finding the right property or for selling an existing property. We’ll determine how each course of action fits with your long term goals.
